About

Bringing Awareness & Action

Compassion Centered Living is about relationships…

The Relationship with Ourselves

This includes our relationship with our thoughts, memories, emotions, values, and actions.

The Relationship with Others

We learn to engage our personal and professional relationships with compassion at the heart of things. We skillfully navigate the nuances of connection.

The Relationship with Community

We need compassion-centered leadership, we need workplaces that respect the integrity of workers. We cannot built an equitable and inclusive society without compassion

We can improve the circumstances of each of these areas through a compassion centered orientation. Compassion Centered Living provides education, training, and consultation to individuals, teams, administrations, leadership, and systems on how to optimize wellbeing, productivity, and engagement through evidence-based practices.
